Stucco moisture intrusion, Longmont CO

Prior moisture damage went undetected by 2 previous home inspections. Moisture intrusion was halted by the installation of new roofing shingles and proper kickout flashing 2 years prior. Unfortunatly, the damage was done. Invasive probing into the EIFS stucco revealed the affected area was dry, with damage to the moisture sensitive substrate and structural framing members.
